How does Prodigi operate?
Our software facilitates the efficient management and operation of a global dropshipping network, with seamless integration across production and fulfilment centres worldwide.
We provide an extensive selection of print-on-demand products, including wall art and customised merchandise, produced either in-house or through our reputable print partners.
In addition to streamlining logistical processes for our clients, our innovative approach also supports sustainability by minimising waste associated with surplus stock, reducing shipping distances, lowering delivery costs, and decreasing carbon emissions through localised manufacturing—delivering environmentally responsible and cost-effective fulfilment solutions.
Where are your print partners based?
Our hybrid fulfilment model combines in-house production with outsourced manufacturing. In addition to our print facilities in the UK, US and mainland Europe, we also work with more than 70 manufacturing partners in over 10 countries.
Where can you ship to?
We have global fulfilment coverage, which means we can send orders anywhere in the world, with the exception of a select number of US to US products. No matter where your customers are located, we’ve got you covered.
What if I need to change the shipping address?
If the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can update the shipping address by emailing joseph@novacastrian-mundi.co.uk and we’ll update the shipping address manually for you, providing it’s not too late for us to make these changes.
What shipping or courier options are there?
We provide different shipping and courier options depending on the product ordered and delivery destination.
What shipping options do you support?
We have four different shipping options, each with increasing price and speed:
-
Budget
-
Standard
-
Express
-
Overnight
Budget shipping has slower delivery times compared to standard shipping and is typically sent using an untracked service. However, all US orders are tracked, regardless of the shipping option selected.
Standard shipping may be tracked or untracked for most print on demand products, depending on the destination.
Express shipping is typically handled by a courier and includes tracking. This is a fast, premium service designed for time-sensitive deliveries.
Overnight shipping is only offered by certain print facilities in the UK and US.
We strive to provide at least budget and standard shipping options for all products.
Do orders ship with tracking?
Tracking availability varies and depends on the delivery location, product type and shipping method selected when placing your order. Generally, budget shipping is untracked, while express shipping is tracked. You can check the specific shipping service when you place the order.
To help you track your order, we provide an email with a tracking link when your product ships.
What are your dispatch times?
Dispatch times vary depending on the production time associated with each product, details of which can be found on the individual product pages. Most of our print on demand products are dispatched within 5-7 business days. However, our fast-moving global products, including our bestselling wall art products, are typically dispatched within 48-72 hours, regardless of the time zone difference between the print facility and the customer.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Delivery costs vary depending on the product type and delivery location.
Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
In most cases, we can ship to P.O. Box addresses. However, there are a couple of exceptions:
-
Couriers including FedEx, UPS and DPD cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses
-
Our framed prints and canvas prints are often too large to be delivered to P.O. Boxes (except in AU)
How does pricing work when shipping multiple items?
For multi-item orders, our shipping logic consolidates items instead of applying the full rate to each one.
For framed prints and canvases, the largest item in the basket sets the full shipping charge. Every other frame or canvas only adds its smaller “+1” rate, regardless of size. For example, if you order an A1 framed canvas shipping to the UK, the standard shipping cost is £11.50. If you add an A5 framed canvas to the same order, that item only adds £3.00 (“+1” cost) instead of its full £7.25 rate. The total shipping for both items together would therefore be £14.50.
For rolled prints, many regions (including the US, EU and AU) use a flat rate: you pay the full cost once for the largest rolled print in the order, and there are no “+1” charges for additional rolled prints. This flat-rate rule always applies to rolled prints we fulfil in-house. Orders produced through our partner network generally follow the same approach, but there may be exceptions.
If an order contains products that come from different fulfilment facilities, the shipping costs from each facility are combined. For instance, if a beer pong table has a shipping cost of £36.81 and a 9x12” fine art print has a shipping cost of £16.91, ordering both together for delivery to the US would result in a combined shipping total of £53.72.
Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?
All items have estimated delivery times shown in our price lists to give you an idea of how long it typically takes to deliver a product to various countries around the world. However, several factors could delay delivery times, including:
-
Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address
-
Customs and import restrictions
-
Failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one home to receive the order)
-
Postal strikes
-
Other adverse conditions (such as storms and natural disasters)
If there is a significant delay with your order, our customer services team will typically address this issue, Please contact joseph@novacastrian-mundi.co.uk for additional information.
What happens if a product arrives damaged or is incorrect?
If a product is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please complete this form with your order ID, email address, a brief description of the issue and any relevant photos.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Upon receiving your order, our print API automatically routes it to the fulfilment centre nearest to your customer for printing, packing and shipping, resulting in shorter shipping distances, faster delivery times and less environmental impact.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times are in addition to production times, so you’ll need to allow for both production and shipping durations when setting delivery estimates.
For example, overnight shipping means that an order will arrive on the next working day after it has been shipped, not the next working day after it has been ordered.
